Note Card by William B. Tomanek

Wow did I have a brain storm.
Part one. Note cards are here. This past week I have put together a piece of the Tomanek Collection underwater pictures “Life Below Sea Level” and a few pictures from above sea level.
These underwater Note Cards are one of a kind. Showing what life really looks like below sea level. Unlike your everyday note cards these are unique underwater pictures of Fish, Corals, Sponges and boat wrecks.
NOTE CARD: is printed on A-2 glossy card (5.5W x 4.25H) when folded and comes with envelope. These cards are selling for $3 each. If you would like to purchase more than 5, please let me know.
Part II. What if I created the largest collection of underwater note cards with your HELP? Now how could I do this? If other divers provided me 10 of your top photo to create a note card with, I coud create a huge collection of Note Cards. You give me permission to use your print on the note card, I add your name and web address to the back of the card. I will also create a web page within my site that will didplay your note cards for people to purchase. This page can contain you photo and display the information you would like the viewer to know about you and the set of pictures you donated to the site. You do not receive any money from the sale of the note cards.

Think this might work? Let me know if you would like to donate a set of pictures to the Underwater Note Card Collection.

Shark Dive, Roatan Honduras

Shark Dive, Roatan Honduras

2010 dive trip was great. While Virginia was recovering from the big snow storm, I sat back and relaxed in the sun. Well that is not exactly true.

The days were full of diving. Four dives a day with some nice hot meals in between.

We did get hit with a nice storm one night that played havoc on the Island Internet service not to mention the electric. But the resort has always ensured that the electric was up and running by using their backup generators.

I did take a quick photography course with Tim. The how to, and how not to with my new camera. Canon G11. Macro is great topside, I do not recommend it underwater unless you are using a good flash. All my macro shots where blurry due to the shutter speed really slowing down in the macro mode.

The highlight of the trip was the shark Dive. And I only took 600 plus pictures in the 47 min dive. Yes continuous mode. That was Worth the money. Now if I can just sell my pictures and get some of that money back.
